DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the GRT Share Instalment have declared
a dividend amount of 0.0391 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday
20 March 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 10 March 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 13 March 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 17 March 2006.
