TRADING STATEMENT AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that it is expected that both headline earnings
and earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2005 will be
25% to 30% higher than those of the previous comparative period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the group"s auditors. The publication of
the results is expected in the first week of March 2006.
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr P W Felton, has resigned as executive
director, and will remain on the board as non-executive director.
