ITRIX DJ EURO STOXX 50 has, pursuant to a cash subscription of Euro 3,384,316,
issued 900 000 additional ITRIX securities at a price of approximately R26.95
per security (based on a Rand/Euro exchange rate of 7.17/1).
The ITRIX securities have been listed with effect from commencement of business
today.
