RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND A LINKED DEBENTURE HOLDERS" MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the resolutions, which were proposed at the
annual general meeting held today at the Conference Centre, Master Builders
Association, Belmont Road, Rondebosch were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
Further to this, the resolution proposed at the A linked debenture holders"
meeting, held immediately after the annual general meeting, was passed by the
requisite majority of A linked debenture holders.
