RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of the company held today, the requisite majority of
shareholders approved all of the ordinary and special resolutions relating to
the implementation of the merger of Diamond Core and Samadi Resources (SA) Pty
Limited as well as the issue of shares and options for cash to raise capital.
Registration of the special resolutions is expected to take place shortly.
Shareholders are reminded of the important dates and times set out in the
announcement of 25 January 2006. Any changes to such dates and times will,
where required, be announced on SENS and in the press.
