RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Brimstone shareholders
held today, 27 February 2006, at the Athenaeum, Boundary Terraces, 1 Mariendahl
Lane, Newlands, Cape Town, the resolution relating to the acquisition by the
designated directors of the 6 250 000 Brimstone "N" ordinary shares from
Investec Bank Limited ("Investec") in terms of the option agreements entered
into between Investec and the designated directors and as contemplated in the
subscription agreement entered into between the Company and Investec on 28
December 2005 and pursuant to which such Brimstone "N" ordinary shares were
issued to Investec, was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present
at the general meeting or represented by proxy.
