In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of Alexander Forbes Limited is pleased to announce that Mr M P Moyo
has been appointed as an executive director of the board with effect from 1
April 2006.
This follows the company"s SENS announcement on 23 September 2005 advising that
Mr Moyo was appointed as Managing Director of Alexander Forbes Africa with
effect from 1 November 2005. Mr Moyo has responsibility for all of the Alexander
Forbes businesses in Africa, encompassing Risk and Insurance Services, Financial
Services and Investment Solutions.
With effect from 1 April 2006, the board of Alexander Forbes Limited will be
constituted as follows:
