WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders of the Company are referred to the announcement regarding the
closure of the Salt River Factory, dated 15 June 2005 and the most recent
renewal of cautionary announcement dated 10 January 2006.
Shareholders are advised that the purchase price of the moveable assets which
Brimstone Clothing Corporation (Proprietary) Limited (trading as House of
Monatic) has an option to acquire ("the transaction") has now been determined.
As the transaction is below that of a Category 3 transaction in terms the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements ("the Requirements"), no further announcement is
required.
As regards the above, shareholders are advised that they no longer need to
exercise caution when dealing in Rex Trueform securities.
