CHANGES TO DIRECTORATE
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE,
Palabora hereby announces the following changes to its Board of Directors.
With effect from 28 February 2006, the resignation of Mr Warrick R.J. Ranson as
a Non-Executive Director and his replacement by Mrs Jo-Ann Goh. Mrs. Goh is an
Australian who has been based in Rio Tinto"s London office since 2003 and has
had previous finance and accounting roles with Borax and Dampier Salt (both Rio
Tinto businesses). She is a Chartered Accountant and holds commerce and
business administration degrees from the University of Western Australia,
together with a diploma in applied finance from the Securities Institute of
Australia.
