DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend declaration amount/rate of 3.65 pence has
been declared and that the exchange rate relating to the OLD MUTUAL PLC share
instalment will only be announced on 29 March 2006.
Payment date of the dividend will be Wednesday 31 May 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 12 April 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 13 April 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 21 April 2006.
