TERMINATION OF CALL WARRANT AND SHARE INSTALMENT RELATING TO THE ORDINARY SHARES
OF VENFIN LIMITED
Following the announcement that the listing of Venfin Ltd will be terminated on
the JSE on 18 April 2006, Absa Bank Ltd (the Issuer) will terminate the listing
of the warrant and share instalment listed below.
