JSE Limited- Late disclosure of dealing in Mustek securities without clearance
and in a closed period
LATE DISCLOSURE OF DEALING IN MUSTEK LIMITED ("MUSTEK") SECURITIES WITHOUT
CLEARANCE AND IN A CLOSED PERIOD BY MR T WANG
The JSE Limited ("JSE") wishes to advise that it has found Mr. T. Wang, a
director of Mustek, guilty of contravening the Listings Requirements relating to
the dealing in securities during a closed period. Mr. T. Wang failed to obtain
clearance for these transactions, or make timeous disclosure thereof, as
stipulated in the Listings Requirements. The JSE has imposed a penalty
consisting of a fine of R30 000 as well as a censure on Mr. T. Wang, as a result
of these contraventions.
