SHARE PREMIUM DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the share premium distribution amount payable for THE
BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED and that as a result of the share premium distribution
declaration relating to THE BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED (BVT) the Trustees of the BVT
Share Instalment have declared a share premium distribution amount of 188.28
cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 27 March 2006.
The last day to trade cum share premium distribution is Thursday, 16 March 2006.
The share instalment will commence trading ex share premium distribution from
Friday, 17 March 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 24 March 2006.
