The appointment of Mr Peter Alexander as a Non-Executive Director with effect
from 4 May 2004.
Mr M Brodie has stepped down as Chairman of Fairvest with effect from 4 May 2004
and Mr Richard Wilkinson, who was previously an independent Non-Executive
Director of Fairvest, has been appointed as Chairman of Fairvest with effect
from 4 May 2004.
