Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS and published in the
press on 25 November 2004, shareholders are advised that the negotiations
relating to an acquisition of properties and the restructuring of the company`sissued `a-class` and `b-class` linked units referred to therein are ongoing.
As the proposed acquisition and restructure, if implemented, may impact on the
price at which Alpina`s linked units may trade, shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until afull announcement is made.
