DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to RMB HOLDINGS LTD (RMH)
the Trustees of the RMH Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 50.5
cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 27 March 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 16 March 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 17 March 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 24 March 2006.
