SHARE PREMIUM DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IPL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the share premium distribution amount payable for
IMPERIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the share premium distribution
declaration relating to IMPERIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (IPL) the Trustees of the IPL
Share Instalment have declared a share premium distribution amount of 230.00
cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 3 April 2006.
The last day to trade cum share premium distribution is Friday, 24 March 2006.
The share instalment will commence trading ex share premium distribution from
Monday, 27 March 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 31 March 2006.
