Disposal by decillion of its businesses and further cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the announcements, dated 14 December 2005 and 20
January 2006, regarding the realisation of the company"s interests in the
Agricultural and Commodities Business ("Agri disposal") as well as previous
business updates and cautionary announcements.
Shareholders are advised that the company is still engaged in ongoing
negotiations regarding the sale of its funds management business and its
international broking business ("the Other Disposals") and should therefore
continue to exercise caution in dealing in their Decillion shares on the JSE
Limited until further announcements are made in this regard.
A combined circular to Decillion shareholders, containing details of the Agri
disposal and the Other Disposals and notice of a general meeting to be convened
for purposes of obtaining the required shareholder approval for the Agri
disposal and the Other Disposals, will be mailed to shareholders in due course.
