CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr JS Coetzee has resigned as
financial director of the company, and will take up a position as a non-
executive director with immediate effect. Current executive director and Chief
Operating Officer Mr S Hirschowitz will assume the position of financial
director with immediate effect.
