Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 14
December 2005 and 25 January 2006 and are advised that the negotiations to
dispose of AFGRI"s cotton ginning operations are ongoing. If successfully
concluded, these negotiations may have an effect on the price of the company"s
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the company"s securities until a full announcement has
been made.
