RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SIYATHENGA SHAREHOLDERS
1. INTRODUCTION
Siyathenga is pleased to announce that the resolutions relating to the
acquisition by the Company of a portfolio of six properties ("the property
portfolio") from Pangbourne Properties Limited ("Pangbourne") ("the
acquisition"), proposed at the general meeting of Siyathenga shareholders held
on Tuesday, 7 March 2006, were unanimously passed by Siyathenga shareholders.
2. CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Pangbourne unitholders approved the Transnet Pension Funds Property Trust
transaction ("the transaction") and the Competition Commission has approved the
transaction and the acquisition. All conditions precedent have now been
fulfilled and the acquisition is therefore unconditional.
