FINAL DISTRIBUTION AND DELISTING OF CENPROP
Java Capital is authorised to announce details of the final winding up
distribution ("final distribution") to Cenprop unitholders ("unitholders") and
to inform unitholders of the status of the final winding up of Cenprop (the
"winding up").
The directors of PFM have resolved to declare a final distribution of 4,4 cents
per Cenprop unit payable in cash on Monday, 3 April 2006 to unitholders recorded
on the register of unitholders as at Friday, 31 March 2006. Once this
distribution has been paid, the winding up will be finalised in consultation
with the Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes.
The delisting of Cenprop units from the JSE Limited will occur at commencement
of trade on Tuesday, 4 April 2006.
