RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
Pangbourne combined unitholders are advised in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the
JSE Listings Requirements that J A A Diepenbroek has resigned as an executive
director of the company with immediate effect.
Mr Peter Campbell, Pangbourne"s Chairman, thanked Mr Diepenbroek for his
important contribution to the group. "He leaves with our thanks and best wishes
