Imperial Holdings Limited through its financing subsidiary in the Netherlands,
Imperial Mobility Finance BV, is planning to access the international bond
markets by issuing an inaugural Eurobond within the next few months. The
proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes including recently
announced acquisitions and the reduction of short term borrowings. The amount is
anticipated to be up to Euro 300 million, with a tenor of between 7 to 10 years
and timing determined by market conditions.
