In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
members are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Resilient"s reviewed abridged financial report for the year ended 31
December 2005, published on SENS on 10 February 2006, the annual report was
posted to members today. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published reviewed abridged financial report.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Resilient will be held at 11:00 on
Wednesday, 5 April 2006 at the company"s registered office, 2nd Floor, 66 Park
Lane, Sandown, Sandton to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
