DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AGL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend reinvestment plan amount payable for
ANGLO AMERICAN PLC and that as a result of the dividend reinvestment plan
declaration relating to ANGLO AMERICAN PLC (AGL) the Trustees of the AGL Share
Instalment have declared a dividend reinvestment plan amount of 578.92 cents per
share instalment that is payable on Wednesday 3 May 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 03 March 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 6 March 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 10 March 2006.
