WITHDRAWAL OF CIRCULAR AND POSTPONEMENT OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the circular ("circular") dated 8 March 2006
relating to the adoption of a new share incentive plan ("new plan"). Certain
technical issues have arisen relating to the treatment of shares previously
issued under the existing share incentive scheme and therefore also to the
calculation of the number of shares available under the new plan. As a result
the circular is hereby withdrawn and the general meeting convened to be held
after the Annual General Meeting on Thursday morning, 23 March 2006 is hereby
cancelled.
A revised circular containing a notice convening a general meeting to adopt the
new plan will be posted to shareholders in due course.
