RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY
LPC Manhattan Moela (Pty) Limited is authorised to announce that at the general
meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 16 March 2006, all of the resolutions
necessary to authorise the disposals contemplated in the circular to
shareholders dated 7 November 2005, were opposed, and as a result, the proposed
disposals will not occur.
The cautionary announcement, however, is renewed, and shareholders are advised
to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Samrand shares.
