Press Release - Imperial Holdings Limited: Inaugural Eurobond Offering
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 10 March 2006, Imperial is
pleased to announce that it has mandated ABN AMRO and Barclays Capital as Joint
Bookrunners for the group"s inaugural Eurobond offering through Imperial
Mobility Finance BV, its financing subsidiary in the Netherlands.
The Notes will be guaranteed by Imperial Holdings Limited which is rated Baa1
(stable) by Moody"s. Investor meetings in Europe will commence on 27 March 2006,
with the launch of the bond expected shortly thereafter, subject to market
conditions.
