CHANGES TO THE BOARD
The following information is disclosed in compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE
Listings requirements:
Nino Burelli has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director.
Richard Hurly has been appointed as an alternate director to Bert de Kovel.
Kevin Kay tendered his resignation from the board as a non-executive director,
which resignation has been accepted with regret.
These changes are effective from 16th March 2006.
