CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Business Connexion shareholders are referred to an announcement released by
Telkom Limited ("Telkom") on SENS today, 22 March 2006, and are advised that the
company has received, and is in the process of considering, an approach from
Telkom to acquire the entire issued share capital of BCX. The price offered is
R9,00 per Business Connexion share and excludes a dividend of 25 cents per
share. Accordingly, Business Connexion shareholders are advised to exercise
caution when dealing in their Business Connexion shares until a further
announcement is made.
