POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Mittal Steel
South Africa for the year ended 31 December 2005 will be dispatched to
shareholders on Monday, 27 March 2006 and contain no modifications to the
audited preliminary results which were published on 15 February 2006. The
Annual Report will be available online at www.mittalsteelsa.com from Wednesday,
29 March 2006. The Company"s auditors, Deloitte & Touche, have audited the
annual financial statements. Their unqualified report is available for
inspection at the Company"s registered office.
A notice of the annual general meeting is attached to the annual report. The
annual general meeting will be held at the Park Hyatt Hotel, Room 191, Ground
Floor, 191 Oxford Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, on Wednesday, 31 May 2006 at
11:00.
