The board of directors of Winhold wishes to advise shareholders that all the
resolutions required to facilitate the introduction of BEE in the Winhold Group
were approved at the general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday 23 March
2006.
The process will now continue and shareholders will be kept informed of
developments in due course.
