REVISED TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the trading update dated 14 March 2006 where they
were advised that Excellerate expected to announce earnings per share and
headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2005 that would
be 10% to 20% higher and 24% to 34% lower respectively.
Shareholders are now advised that Excellerate will announce earnings per share
and headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2005 that
will be 24.2% higher and 23.0%% lower respectively.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company"s
auditors and the company"s results for the six months ended 31 December 2005 are
expected to be released on or about 28 March 2006.
