Change in the controlling shareholder of Namibian Sea Products Limited
Control of Namsea has changed following the Bidvest Group Limited"s (Bidvest)
acquisition of the 34,99% held by Namibian Fishing Industries Limited (currently
in liquidation) in Namsea from the liquidators.
The acquisition increases Bidvest"s shareholding in Namsea to 65% of the total
issued share capital.
