Pendennis Investment Trust of which Mr RC Johnson is a beneficiary. Mr RC
Johnson"s ownership has changed from indirect to direct.
Clearance to deal in these linked units has been obtained in accordance with
iFour"s policy with regard to directors" dealings as well as the Listings
Requirements of the JSE.
