Further information on the completion of the capital raise
Shareholders are advised that, further to the announcement released on SENS
earlier this morning, the JSE Limited has approved the listing of the
consolidated shares and options to be issued in terms of the capital raise,
together with 5 800 448 consolidated shares and 580 045 consolidated options
which are to be issued in settlement of certain of the advisers" fees payable in
respect of the capital raise, with effect from Wednesday 29 March 2006.
In addition, the opinion letter from EY Corporate Finance (Pty) Limited on the
terms and conditions of the capital raise being fair and reasonable is now
available for inspection at the registered office of the company.
