Further to the announcement released on SENS on 15 March 2006 and in the press
on 16 March 2006 regarding the Audited Abridged 2005 Results, Listing, BBEEE
Initiative and Employee Scheme of the JSE Limited, Qualifying Black Shareholders
are reminded that the last day to trade in order to participate in the Black
Shareholder Retention Scheme is tomorrow, 28 March 2006.

Shareholder Retention Scheme, or if you believe that you are a Qualifying Black
Shareholder and are therefore eligible to participate in the Black Shareholder
