DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML)
the Trustees of the OML Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of
39.91 cents per share instalment that is payable on Wednesday 31 May 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 12 April 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 13 April 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 21 April 2006.
