NOTICE OF FINAL DRAW DOWN OF ABL4-BOND
ABIL is pleased to announce that the draw down of the last tranche of its ABL4
corporate bond has been finalised. The R800 million ABL4 bond has a coupon of 9%
and will mature on 31 August 2010. The final tranche of R200 million was issued
to Futuregrowth Asset Management who underwrote the issue on behalf of its
clients.
