DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SBK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for STANDARD BANK
GROUP LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to STANDARD
BANK GROUP LTD (SBK) the Trustees of the SBK Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 145.00 cents per share instalment that is payable on Tuesday
18 April 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 6 April 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 7 April 2006 and the
record date will be Thursday, 13 April 2006.
