DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LIMITED (MTN)
the Trustees of the MTN Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 65
cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 24 April 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 12 April 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 13 April 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 21 April 2006.
