Posting of annual report
Further to the Masonite audited financial year-end results for the year ended 31
December 2005 ("financial year-end results") published on the Securities
Exchange News Service on 24 March 2006, shareholders are advised that the
Masonite annual report for the year ended 31 December 2005 was posted on Monday,
27 March 2006 and contains no material differences to the information presented
in the financial year-end results.
Information regarding the annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of Masonite will be
held at 12h00 on Thursday, 18 May 2006 at 13th Floor, Nedbank Centre, Durban
Club Place, Durban to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
