RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
INTRODUCTION
At the general meeting of shareholders of the company held on 31 March 2006, all
the special and ordinary resolutions necessary to reconstitute the company,
alter and increase the share capital, and change the name to AfroCentric
Investment Corporation Limited were passed with the requisite majorities. The
special resolutions are being lodged for registration.

3. RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 1 February 2006
and are advised that the restructuring of the company referred to therein is
continuing. The next phase of such restructuring will be the rights offer
referred to in previous announcements. Shareholders should continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the company"s securities until a further announcement is
made.
