RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING TO INTRODUCE AN EMPOWERMENT SHAREHOLDER
Pinnacle shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of the ordinary
shareholders held on Tuesday, 4 April 2006 at 10h00, the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed to introduce Amabubesi as a black economic empowerment
shareholder into the company, were approved by the required majority of ordinary
shareholders. The special resolutions will be lodged with CIPRO today for
registration.
