DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LBT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL
PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to LIBERTY
INTERNATIONAL PLC (LBT) the Trustees of the LBT Share Instalment have declared
a dividend amount of 161.72625 cents per share instalment that is payable on
Tuesday 9 May 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 12 April 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 13 April 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 21 April 2006.
