FULFILMENT OF SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 7 November
2005 and published in the press on 8 November 2005 and are advised that all of
the suspensive conditions related to the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding
in Daybreak Farms and a controlling interest in its subsidiaries and associates
("the Transaction"), have been fulfilled and the Transaction has accordingly
been finalised.
