ITRIX DJ EURO STOXX 50 has, pursuant to a cash subscription of EURO 7 680 655,
issued 2 000 000 additional ITRIX DJ EURO STOXX 50 securities at a price of
approximately R28.56 per security (based on a Rand/Euro exchange rate of
7.4362/1).
The ITRIX DJ EURO STOXX 50 securities have been listed with effect from
commencement of business today.
