TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Company is expecting to increase earnings per
share and headline earnings per share for its interim financial period ended 28
February 2006 ("the interim results") by between 10% and 15% compared to that of
the previous corresponding period.
In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the interim results will be
prepared for the first time in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Standards and the prior period"s results will be restated on the same basis. We
do not expect this restatement to have a material effect on the comparisons
above.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Nu-World"s auditors and is expected to be published
on or about 10 May 2006.
