Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on 24
February 2006 and the subsequent reminder of cautionary released on SENS on 13
March 2006, and are advised that Allied Technologies Limited ("Altech") is still
involved in negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of Altech"s and the company"s securities on the JSE.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in their Altron securities until a further announcement is made.
